Know Before You Go

We want your SCT experience to be the best possible. In advance of your performance, read below for helpful tips and tricks. The day of the show, head over early, and enjoy our many fun, family-friendly activities to keep you and family entertained before curtain.


Pre-purchased tickets are either mailed to you (if purchased more than a week in advance) or they are waiting for pick up at Will Call. If your tickets were mailed to you, feel free to enter directly into our theatre where an usher will tear your tickets and direct you to your seats and tell you about all that is happening in our lobby before the show. If your tickets are waiting for your at Will Call or you need to reprint the tickets that were mailed to you, stop by our Ticket Office (located to the right of the theatre entrance) before entering the theatre.

If you haven't pre-purchased tickets, tickets can be purchased day of the show at our Ticket Office pending availability.

Ticket Office Hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Friday: 12-5 p.m.
Saturday: 12-5 p.m. (Closed On Non Show Weekends)
Sunday: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.(Closed On Non Show Weekends)

The Ticket Office is also open until 30 minutes following the start of any public performance and closed on non-show weekends.

Finding YOur Assigned Seat

Say goodbye to general admission, and hello to select your own seat!  When you purchased your tickets you either selected your own seat or our system placed your group in best available. Seat information can be found on the lower right corner of your tickets, and if you need help finding your seat, one of our friendly ushers will be available to assist you.

Audience Member Guide

We understand that there are many more questions that you may have before coming to the theatre, especially if you or your young person are attending for the first time. Concessions and Gift Shop

While you wait for the show to start, you can check out our gift shop, or enjoy local snacks from our concessions stand. Additionally, patrons can now pay for concessions and gift shop items with credit or debit cards! In order to be a more sustainable facility, we will offer boxed water from our concession stand or you may purchase a reusable water bottle from our gift shop.  Families are welcome to bring in their own reusable water bottles.

Active Audience Guides

Our Active Audience Guide (AAG) offers a great opportunity to enhance core learning skills, such as perseverance, creative thinking, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. They’re also a lot of fun!
